The NALC and the Postal Service have agreed (M-01875) to revise PS Form 8190, “USPS-NALC Joint Step A Grievance Form.” The revised form, dated March 2016, simply updates the instructions section on Page 2 in order to reflect the language from the first paragraph on page 15-4 of the July 2014 NALC-USPS Joint Contract Administration Manual (JCAM).
