On Nov. 17, NALC President Fredric Rolando visited Spacecoast Florida Branch 2689 letter carriers at Melbourne, FL’s main post office to join the celebration of a special Customer Connect milestone: Since the program began in 2003, nationwide revenue generated by it has added up to more than $2 billion. The Melbourne station was one of seven chosen—one from each USPS district—to commemorate the occasion.
This table shows the offices that were recognized in November for their efforts in promoting the program over the last four years. A breakfast was held at each location.
