Net-to-bank and allotment changes reactivated within LiteBlue – eOPF still down

USPS officials have informed NALC that beginning 9:00 PM CST on Friday April 21, employees’ ability to make allotment and net-to-bank changes in PostalEASE via Liteblue is being re-activated. Unfortunately, net-to-bank and allotment changes through the Human Resource Shared Service Center (HRSSC) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and access to employees’ eOPF remain disabled. Today, a Stand-Up-Talk with this information should have been given in each office. Additionally, USPS states an educational video will be available in the coming week for all employees on the USPS Cybersecurity website found on LiteBlue.

The Postal Service is also reporting that eOPF access through LiteBlue may take up to six months or longer to restore. NALC has been advised that employees may request a copy of their Official Personnel Folder (OPF) in person or in writing to their district Human Resource Office. If the request is made in writing, they will be requested to provide proof of identity. No charges will be assessed of active employees for requested hard copies of their OPFs while the eOPF system remains unavailable due to security upgrades. The contact information of each District Manager of Human Resources can be found here.
